Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, our vendors ship to almost every country in the world!

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our warehouses in Canada and France where most of our vendors are based in.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly. You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, requests will be denied. You can always return your order for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped the next day after processing. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery usually takes 3–9 business days from the date of shipment.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Prices on our site are tax-free in CAD Dollars. Depending on your country, you may have to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility and are determined by your local customs office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us and the seller immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive the returned item or approve cancellation, the refund is processed within 7–10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
