Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Canadian public holidays).
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, your order is handed to our shipping partners and will be shipped out the next business day.
During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer; We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are weight-based for fairness, covering reliable options like Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS (vendors select the best/lowest-cost option at fulfillment). Tiers reflect average discounted costs for eco-friendly delivery.
Rates are calculated on the total weight of your order at checkout. We offer competitive tiers to keep shipping affordable and transparent:
- Canada Domestic: Starting at $11 CAD for light orders (0–0.75 kg), up to higher tiers for heavier bundles.
- United States: Starting at $19.99 USD for light orders (0–1 kg).
- International (e.g., France ): Starting at $29.99 CAD for light orders (0–0.75 kg).
Express shipping options at available at an additional cost upon request.
Delivery Time
Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery usually takes 3–9 business days from the date of shipment for domestic and US orders.
International delivery typically takes 6–12+ business days via tracked services.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the shipping date, please contact us at contact@wangaramarket.com . You will be eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All product prices are displayed tax-free in CAD (or equivalent currency where applicable).
Import duties, taxes, and any customs brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.
We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means we do not collect or pay these fees on your behalf. For more information about potential charges, please contact your local customs office.
