Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Canada and US public holidays).
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, your order is handed to our shipping partners and will be shipped out the next business day.
During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer; we appreciate your patience!

Delivery Time

Due to high demand and international shipping, delivery usually takes 3–9 business days from the date of shipment.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the shipping date, please contact us at contact@wangaramarket.com — you will be eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All product prices are displayed tax-free in CAD Dollars.
Import duties, taxes, and any customs brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.
We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means we do not collect or pay these fees on your behalf. For more information about potential charges, please contact your local customs office.
